This is suitable for owners that have gone on holiday or away for the day and prefer to leave their pet in the comfort of their own home; with the company of a house sitter. This creates less stress for your pet than taking them to the cattery or boarding establishment.

What happens during a house sit?

 

A house sitter will arrive on the day of departure and live in your home for the duration of your holiday.

 

The pet sitter will only leave the property to pop to the shops etc (Max. of 3 hours a day).

 

During the day the pet sitter will spend time with any pets. Keeping to the pets usual routine.

 

The pet sitter will walk and feed any pets at their normal times. The pet sitter will stay until you return.

 

6 Step guide to house sitting

 

1.     Contact us with your requirements; dates, situation, special responsibilities etc. We will take details of any pets.

 

2.     We then decide if our house sitter is suitable, and send out forms to be completed.

 

3.   A consultation date will be arranged to meet your house sitter. A home check will be conducted. A contract will be completed and signed.

 

4.      We request a deposit of 25% to secure your booking. We send you a booking confirmation. Final balance will need to be paid 7 days before departure.

 

5.     The house sitter arrives at the specified time and date. You set off on your trip secure in the knowledge that your home, possessions and pets are being carefully looked after while you are away.

6.     When you return, the house sitter has your home ready to welcome you. Your house sit ends and our house sitter leaves at a time convenient to you both.
